It is important that you read the terms and conditions below and accept these before submitting your order. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time therefore acceptance is required on every occasion that you order through us.
The following refers to "You" being the customer and "Us" and "We" being Marsha Hall Limited
Privacy policy
You are required to provide certain relevant identifying information in order that we can send you information or the goods that you have ordered.
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party.
Ordering
To make an order you are required to complete the order form held on this site
(to do this, click on the 'buy' button next to the style/s you require, then click on
'show cart' button and continue through to the order page. You will need to print the order
form and either post or fax it to us. We will require a deposit of 50% of the total order
for us to process your order and this is non-refunable.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible and before any payment is made, to advise you of timings.
There is a £6 carriage fee for a single pair of shoes, £7.50 for a single pair of wedding wellies. Orders are sent via Royal Mail "special delivery" and will require a signature on delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK may vary depending on order, but will be shipped using Parcel Force insured services.
Shoe Sizing
Please choose your usual shoe size when ordering (see size table on order page). At present Marsha Hall shoes do not come in half sizes as standard, however if you are unable to get a perfect fit with one of our standard sizes we are able to have half sizes made to order but there will be an additional cost for this as they will need to be made especially for you.
Payment
All orders are required to be paid for in full prior to goods being despatched.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Marsha Hall Limited'. We can only accept cheques in Pound Sterling and must have a valid cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and card limit all printed clearly on the back of the cheque.
Orders will be despatched on clearance of cheques.
If ordering via e-mail, do not enter any of your card details on the e-mail. State a convenient time for us to telephone you whereby we can take your details.
You will be e-mailed with the due despatch date.
If, after placing your order you have not heard from us within 3 working days to confirm payment details, please use one of the methods under the "Contact Us" option so that we can assist with your requirements.
All prices on our site are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail. There will be a £6 carriage charge for a single pair of shoes, £7.50 for a single pair of wedding wellies.Multiple items may vary and we will inform you of this cost before payment is made.
We cannot send items to PO Box addresses. A signature will be required, and once signed for, the shoes become your responsibility and not that of Marsha Hall Limited.
Please allow 5 working days from the date given as your despatch date for delivery however UK deliveries will usually arrive sooner. Delivery times outside the UK will vary. For deliveries outside the UK, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes that may be incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any bank charges your bank may levy in any connection with your order.
Returns
We inspect every pair of shoes thoroughly to ensure you only receive the best quality. However, should you be dissatisfied in anyway with your shoes, you must notify us within 2 working days and then return them to us within 7 working days in the original packaging, including the boxes, paper and shoe bags and in perfect condition. Therefore we suggest that when trying on your shoes they are handled with care, only placing them on carpeted or biased surfaces as we reserve the right to refuse a refund should we see signs of scuffing, either to upper, inside or sole, also if we can see any other signs of wear such as marked or creased uppers etc.
In the unlikely event that you do need to return your shoes we suggest using Royal Mail's "special delivery" service to cover the cost of the shoes as this service will compensate you for any losses or damage caused during transit.Marsha Hall Limited take no responsibility for the shoes until they are received by us. You will need to supply proof of posting to us in the event that the returned shoes do not reach us.
If your parcel looks to have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 working days.
If a refund is required due to you having changed your mind, as long as the shoes are returned to us in the perfect condition as stated above we will refund your payment, less £20.00 +VAT administration costs.
We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of packaging or carriage on returned items.
Items returned after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are made to the same method of payment used to purchase the shoes originally.
We are unable to refund or exchange bespoke designs.
For returns outside of the UK we can only refund in Pounds Sterling.
Please mark returned items clearly on the outside of the packaging with "RETURNED GOODS"
